Are you looking for a counselor who has evening and weekend hours?
Are you frustrated with your thoughts, behaviors or feelings?
Do you feel stuck?
Perhaps you've even tried many attempts at changing something in your life. You probably know what you want, but you can't quite get there and aren't sure why. These struggles get to the heart of why people seek counseling.
My specialty is working with individuals and couples who find themselves going around in circles, caught in their own thoughts and having the usual arguments - the ones that can leave you feeling like you're tangled up in knots.
I work with your strengths. Together we can figure out how to start where you are and maximize your ability to move toward your best possible life.
I know many ways to help people get unstuck. Help is available, no matter how long you've struggled or how impossible your situation seems. I will work with you to figure out your best solutions.
