With over 30 years of professional experience in human relations, systemic, relational, group and organizational dynamics I have gained an appreciation and respect for the role that our communities play in our daily lives, whether they be our work environments or our families.  Through these experiences and roles, insight was gained as to the personal pull and spiritual calling towards serving others in a deep and meaningful way as they navigated through life.  My therapeutic approach involves compassionately holding space for true healing, guiding you to live your most authentic life, relationally, individually, professionally.  My education includes completed coursework in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business; a Certified Life and Career Coach; Ordained Stephen Minister and a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, grounded in theology.
