EMDR Intensives
Find relief and healing—without waiting months for change.
EMDR Intensives are designed for individuals who want focused, accelerated healing without the time commitment of weekly therapy. Instead of spreading sessions out over months, EMDR Intensives allow you to experience several hours of therapy over one or two days, creating space for meaningful breakthroughs in a shorter period of time.
An EMDR Intensive can help if:
- Weekly therapy feels impossible with your current schedule.
- You need help now and want faster relief from distressing symptoms.
- You’ve done personal work but still feel “stuck”.
- You’re seeking to complement your ongoing therapy with deeper processing.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a well-researched therapy that helps the brain reprocess distressing or traumatic memories so they no longer trigger overwhelming emotional or physical reactions. Intensives can reduce or eliminate symptoms related to trauma, anxiety, or stressful life events—helping you move forward with clarity and calm.
