My name is Alexis, and I am dedicated to supporting children and adolescents through life’s challenges. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where my clients feel heard and valued. My approach is person-centered, focusing on each individual’s unique strengths while integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies to help manage anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral concerns, and developmental challenges.

My experience in the mental health field has given me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and families in various settings. As a foster care case manager, I have provided direct support to children and families, helping them navigate transitions, crisis situations, and behavioral concerns. I have also worked at community-based mental health organizations, where I facilitated group therapy, developed treatment plans, conducted supervised visitations, and supported clients in managing mental health conditions and substance use. Additionally, my experience in inpatient behavioral health has strengthened my ability to work with individuals facing acute mental health crises.

My education and hands-on experience have fueled my passion for working with children and adolescents, and I am committed to helping them build resilience, develop coping skills, and find healing.

I look forward to working with you and being a part of your journey toward growth and well-being.
