What would your life look like if you weren’t carrying such a heavy burden?
You may be someone others see as capable, dependable, and successful, yet inside you feel exhausted, anxious, discouraged, or unlike yourself. Maybe painful memories, a difficult life transition, a health concern, or a season of uncertainty has left you feeling stuck. You have tried to push through, stay strong, or “just get over it,” but you still don’t feel the way you want to feel.
You do not have to keep carrying this alone, and you do not have to stay stuck.
As a licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology, I bring more than fifteen years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, health concerns, and other complex emotional challenges. My years of evaluation work with veterans have also given me a deep understanding of trauma-related symptoms and the ways painful experiences can affect identity, relationships, mood, and daily life.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both science and compassion. Together, we will work to understand what has kept you stuck, process what continues to carry emotional weight, and help you move toward greater peace, resilience, and freedom.
Drawing from neuroscience, evidence-based therapy, and EMDR, we will create conditions for your brain and nervous system to process painful experiences, allowing old memories to lose their emotional grip and making room for healthier patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating.
Many coping strategies once served an important purpose, even if they are no longer helping you live the life you want. With curiosity instead of judgment, we can untangle those patterns, reconnect you with your strengths, and extend grace to the parts of yourself that have carried pain for far too long.
Healing is about more than simply feeling better. It is about becoming free—free from shame, self-criticism, overwhelming anxiety, painful memories, or patterns that no longer need to define your life. My hope is that therapy helps you move toward the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself, with greater peace, healthier relationships, renewed purpose, and a life you genuinely enjoy living.
Whether you are seeking healing from trauma, relief from anxiety or depression, support through a difficult life season, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater freedom and deeper healing.

Who I Can Help
I work with adults across the lifespan, from young adults navigating early independence to older adults facing later-life transitions.
I also work with older teens, ages 16 and up, who are navigating the transition into adulthood and would benefit from support in understanding themselves, managing emotional distress, strengthening relationships, and developing a clearer sense of identity, purpose, and resilience.
Faith & Spirituality Integration
I believe faith and spirituality can be meaningful sources of strength, hope, identity, and healing. My own work is grounded in a Judeo-Christian perspective, and faith-informed counseling is available for clients who desire it.
At the same time, I welcome clients from a variety of faith backgrounds, as well as those who are unsure, agnostic, or do not identify with any faith tradition. Therapy is always centered on your needs, values, and goals. Whether or not faith is discussed in counseling is completely up to you.
